Storage Facilities and Access
Facility Access
Users are granted access to their storage units 24/7 using a unique access code. It is your responsibility to maintain the confidentiality of this code.
Security
While we implement security measures such as surveillance cameras and secure access points, Storage Hampstead is not liable for any personal items lost or damaged. We recommend securing your belongings with appropriate locks.
User Responsibilities
As a user of our storage services, you agree to the following:
- Use the storage unit solely for lawful purposes.
- Not store hazardous or illegal materials.
- Maintain your unit in a clean and orderly condition.
- Notify us of any maintenance issues or security concerns promptly.
Payment Terms
Fees
Storage Hampstead charges fees based on the size of the unit and the duration of storage. All payments are due monthly in advance.
Late Payments
Payments not received by the due date will incur a late fee of 5% of the outstanding amount. Continued non-payment may result in termination of the storage agreement and relocation of your belongings.
Liability and Insurance
While we strive to provide secure storage solutions, Storage Hampstead is not liable for any loss or damage to your items. We recommend purchasing additional insurance to cover your stored belongings.
Termination of Agreement
You may terminate the storage agreement by providing a 30-day written notice. Upon termination, all items must be removed from the storage unit. Failure to do so may result in additional fees and potential disposal of remaining items.
Dispute Resolution
In the event of a dispute, both parties agree to seek mediation before pursuing other legal remedies. Any legal actions will be conducted in accordance with the laws governing this agreement.
Governing Law
These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which Storage Hampstead operates. Any legal proceedings arising from this agreement will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the local courts.
